These terms cover your use of the Dialed website and client workspace. Pricing and fulfillment arrangements are agreed with you directly and aren't set by these terms.

The service

Dialed gives approved clients a workspace showing orders, tracking, payments and products being sourced, based on information from our fulfillment partner, your WhatsApp group, and (if you connect it) your Shopify store. We work to keep it accurate, but figures shown are for convenience. If something looks wrong, tell us and we'll check it against the source records.

Your account

Accounts are personal. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has access. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

Shopify connection

Connecting Shopify is optional and grants read-only access to orders, fulfillments and products. You can disconnect at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin.

Applications and partners

Submitting an application doesn't guarantee we'll work together. Partner program details, including your share, are confirmed with you when you're approved.

Changes

We may update the service and these terms. If we make material changes we'll update the date above.
